Experiência muito ruim. Hotel com sujeira de obra como cimento nas portas e marcas de pintura. Falta de gestão e treinamento de equipe, serviço falho e descuidado. tamanho o despreparo que o alarme de incêndio tocou durante a madrugada e todos os hospedes desceram para a recepção.. e ninguém sabia explicar o que era pra ser feito. Ao voltarmos para os quartos novamente o alarme foi acionado e o pânico da equipe era maior que o dos hóspedes. Time totalmente perdido e sem gestão de um gerente.

O quarto não era confortável, muito embora seja reformado e bonito. Era uma cama sobre um sofá, o que tinha barulho. O quarto ficava entre portas dos quartos vizinhos, então era possível ouvir as pessoas até tossindo. O chuveiro é bom, mas vasa água para o quarto. A parte de chuveiro e vaso sanitário são de parede/porta de vidro fosco, então é desconfortável usar o vaso sanitário com alguém no quarto. O serviço de limpeza chegou quando estava no banho e pedi para voltar em meia hora, mas não voltaram mais. Funcionários bem treinados, sem contar os da limpeza que não tive o prazer de conhecer.

Hotel super novo, recomendo! Localização excelente, tem um bar/café embaixo que funciona, lençois e camas confortáveis... Porém, merece alguns pontos de atenção: 1) rooftop do café da manhã é bem pequeno, não comporta o hotel cheio (fui no carnaval), espaço ficou apertado para os hóspedes e os funcionários... no último dia, nem fui mais tomar café, pra não passar aperto / 2) atendentes precisam aprimorar mais o atendimento ao cliente... eram 9-10h da manhã e o repositor de quarto batendo super forte na porta, perguntando se eu queria repor figrobar (sendo que isso é uma função embutida na camareira) / 3) quarto é pequeno, mas confortável... fiquei sozinho, mas em 2 pessoas seria pequeno (não tem espaço direito para guardar as coisas / faltam móveis /

Equipe cordial. Bom café da manhã apesar de não ser buffet. O quarto é pequeno, mas confortável. O que deixa a desejar é o banheiro. O banheiro n é um cômodo separado e sim dois boxes dentro do quarto. Um com vaso e outro com chuveiro o qual não tem lugar para pendurar a toalha. O chuveiro é bom. Forte e quente. Como fui no carnaval o local foi ideal para curtir td andado. O bar é bom e com preços justos.
