No quarto tinha muitas baratas das pequenas. Uma garrafa de água em cima da mesa e do móvel e elas estavam lá. A porta com defeito, o cartão não abria de forma alguma. Ficávamos descendo e subindo o tempo todo para o acesso ao quarto, e mesmo o funcionário constatando que o defeito era da porta, continuamos no mesmo quarto e com o mesmo problema de sempre tá chamando algum funcionário para acesso ao quarto. Chuveiro pifando o tempo todo, descarga sem forças. A estadia foi péssima

Hotel decadente, quarto e banheiro cheio de mofo, me deram um quarto em um andar que estava em reforma. O quarto estava aberto, desci na recepção para solicitar a troca e não fui bem recebido com esta solicitação. O chuveiro pingava noite e dia. O banheiro era sujo, porta com mofo o quarto cheirava mofo também e as roupas de cama deixando a desejar. A camareira levou minhas toalhas, fui solicitar outra e me disseram que o hotel não tinha para repor, depois de Muita discussão e passada duas horas me disponibilizaram outras e me alertaram que a troca é feita de dois em dois dias, como se o culpado tivesse sido eu. Horrível e atendimento pessimo.

Péssima conservação e falta de higiene Infelizmente, a experiência foi muito negativa. O hotel parou no tempo e carece de cuidados básicos. O quarto apresentava sinais de abandono: frigobar e mobiliário desgastados, chuveiro e frigobar com ferrugem e uma lixeira de plástico velha e manchada. A estrutura é precária: a cortina estava furada e não vedava a luz da manhã, e o ar-condicionado antigo fazia muito barulho. O ponto mais crítico foi a falta de higiene, evidenciada pelo aparecimento de uma barata durante a noite. Dormi muito mal e não pretendo voltar

Superou todas as minhas expectativas. Já havia me hospedado anteriormente em outra unidade da rede, onde não tive uma experiência tão positiva, mas nesta, com certeza, voltarei em uma próxima oportunidade. A equipe é excelente, e gostaria de destacar especialmente o atendimento de Petrus, Natália e Juliana, sempre solícitos, atenciosos e gentis durante toda a minha hospedagem. Os quartos são confortáveis, impecavelmente limpos e muito acolhedores. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com grande variedade de opções para todos os gostos — e o bolo de chocolate é simplesmente delicioso! ☺️ Além disso, o atendimento durante todo o serviço foi impecável, sempre realizado por uma equipe educada, cordial e prestativa. Prédio antigo, cheio de manutenção para fazer, janelas extremamente perigosas para crianças e adultos também (é do tipo maxim-ar, fácil de cair lã de cima), garagem com poucas vagas e tem que pedir para o recepcionista abrir toda vez que chega e o carro fica parado enquanto isso na rua), café da manhã simples mas suficiente, muitos rejuntes embolorado no banheiro, pouca iluminação no quarto (tem mesa de apoio, mas não tem iluminação nela), as tomadas ficam atrás da cama, para usar tem que arrastar a cama (mal projetado), troca de toalhas não deixou pano de piso e toalhas de rosto, banheiro com odor fétido de esgoto (eles colocam naftalina para encobrir este cheiro), a gargem na chuva criou várias poças de agua, dificultando a retirada do carro sem molhar o pé). Se falr tudo vai ainda ter mais palavras, isso acho que já basta, NÃO RECOMENDO, só o valor que é em conta, mas tem que passar por estes problemas relatados.

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a praia de Boa Viagem. Fica a uns 20 minutos a pé da Paróquia Nossa Senhora da Boa Viagem, para quem é católico e não quer perder a missa durante o passeio. O único ponto fraco do hotel é o café da manhã, pois sempre é servido a mesma coisa: cuscuz, ovo mexido e salsicha. Como também pães, presunto, queijo, bolo, suco e frutas. Poderia ser mais variado, mas valeu. O quarto tem um tamanho bom, o ar condicionado é modelo antigo, mas funciona perfeitamente. Os funcionários são atenciosos. O hotel fica perto do Shopping Recife e do supermercado Carrefour. Oferece estacionamento pago.
