The privileged location in front of the huge natural pool of warm waters that forms at low tide, with quick access via the Rota do Atlântico expressway and approximately 11 km from the center of Porto de Galinhas.

The flat is a SKY (Penthouse) model with 3 suites and the leisure areas are a separate item, with spaces that allow for a series of activities, both for children and adults, the main ones being: Party Room; Fitness; Toy library; Games Room; Multisports Court; Aquatic complex with swimming pools and wet deck; Playground; Convenience; Bar and à la carte restaurant service, among others.
