Boa localização e limpeza

Quarto limpo, localização , frigobar, ar condicionado muito bom e banho bom e quente ! Atendimento ríspido no café da manhã e além disso pedi um ovo frito e a senhora disse friamente que só sai mexido! Uma sugestão: uniformizar os funcionários do hotel, só pessoal da limpeza /cozinha estão uniformizadas, os demais ninguém sabe quem são.

As fotos enganam muito, hotel/pousada tem cheiro de velho. Café da manhã péssimo. Descemos as 8:45 para o café e só tinha restos de uns e nada de outros. Não recomendo

Aquém do esperado

O quarto n°14 estava muito aquém do esperado. Quando reservei, as fotos mostravam um quarto de casal bem organizado, com luminárias e muito bem decorado. Ocorre que, ao chegar no local, fiquei frustada. O quarto não tinha cabeceira na cama, não tinha luminária lateral, os lençóis estavam bem encardidos, e a pintura do quarto bem velha, manchada em vários tons de branco... Além disso, fui acordada às 05h todos os dias, pois dava pra escutar o cumprimento do pessoal que chegava para trabalhar, as conversas, as risadas e o manuseio dos utensílios de cozinha (o quarto fica ao lado). O atendimento da pousada é bom, o café da manhã é satisfatório mas, a infraestrutura do quarto em que me hospedei me deixou insatisfeita.

Estadia na Pousada Uba-Rio

A estadia foi incrível, a pousada é muito charmosa, bem decorada, a área de lazer externa é muito boa, os quartos tem um bom tamanho com um ar poderoso e um destaque a parte para os funcionários, sempre atenciosos, em especial a Zinha. Não tive nenhum problema com barulho nos quartos por ser perto da rodovia.
