Um hotel que atende as necessidades básicas, localização não fica longe do centrinho, mas dá para ir caminhando tranquilamente, camas boas e funcionários gentis. O preço achei um pouco acima do esperado, reservando pelo hoteis.com.

Hotel lindinho, quartos simples mas confortáveis, bom café da manhã, infelizmente passei só uma noite e não consegui aproveitar a piscina! Voltaria com certeza! A praia é mais selvagem, cheia de sagarço e chão irregular, pode não ser uma boa opção para crianças.Mas peguei ela vazia, ótimo para quem quer sossego.

Decepção no aniversário de casamento

Fui passar o meu aniversário de casamento e foi uma decepção! Mesmo informando a recepção até antes de chegar, não deram nem ao menos um simples early checkin ( detalhe que chegamos só um pouco antes 12:40) e nem assim deixaram. Fomos almoçar e voltas as 15h e para nossa surpresa ficamos no pior quarto do hotel, o calabouço, como chamei, a janela da para uma área de serviço e o pouco sol vem do quarto da frente que é janela com janela dando pra ver que esse quarto sim tem conforto e uma varanda. Fomos questionar e a recepcionista disse que a Hotéis.com só tem acordo com esses quartos dos fundos e não com os que mostram nas fotos. O hotel é a 1km do centrinho. O que compensa é o restaurante que achamos bom e com bom preço, mas o café da manhã não é tão bom quanto achávamos. O quarto em si não é ruim, mas é bem isolado e com vista pra nada, horrível isso! No último dia depois de ter falado que gostaríamos de conversar com a gerência, posto que não pagamos barato a gerente ofereceu um late checkout no mesmo quarto sem vista pra nada alegando que não tinha e a gente vendo o tempo todo o quarto melhor da frente livre e não pagamos nada barato para ficar num calabouço (como apelidamos). Enfim, ficou a desejar e não recomendo, principalmente para datas comemorativas. E ainda um dos dias o alarme deu um problema que ficou ligando até 23h.

Cama muito desconfortável no quarto 09. Impossível de dormir. Barulhenta, com um plástico de protetor, plásticos desconfortáveis cobrindo o travesseiro. Ao pedir um ovo frito pois não como ovo mexido devido à lactose da manteiga me foi informado que não faziam. As luzes do quarto eram muito fracas, só dava pra ver algo no quarto com lanterna do celular. O ar condicionado era bom. O atendimento no check in foi extremamente grosseiro. Foi solicitado um cobertor extra e nos foi informado que a rouparia estava fechada e não tinham como pegar.

Pousada com padrão de hotel

Fomos passar o reveillon em porto de galinhas e a estadinha da pousada vivenda dos corais foi excepcional. Como há um hotel anexo a pousada, o atendimento, limpeza e quarto são padrões de hotel, mesmo sendo uma pousada. Café da manhã muito completo, com variedades. Refeições a la carte muito saborosas. Como passamos a virada do ano la, ainda ganhamos um espumante! Atendimento e atenção do hospedes impecáveis, recomendo!
