A estrutura é impecável, apartamento grande, bem dividido, extremamente limpo e confortável. Só a comunicação que deixou a desejar Pois não é um hotel, é um flat. O nome divulgado não é o mesmo do prédio, o estacionamento não é gratuito e o check in só é realizado via whatsapp e bem demorado.

Terrible place and service/ waste of money 1- First of all we reserved 3 family suites (2 bedrooms each and a pull out couch) got only one with 2 bedrooms and the other two apartments had only one bedroom. Crammed/no space/ uncomfortable. They said they don’t have 3 apartments with 2 bedrooms but that is what I paid for it. 2- Linen in terrible shape. Sheets dirty and no one to change. We were instructed to go to an empty apartment and take the sheets off a bed to use on ours. It was also not clean. Had stains etc. 3 - Old apartment/ moldy smell 4- In one of the apartments the toilet was leaking when we showered 5- 1 star and not worth it the money. 6 - Placemats for breakfast was honestly very gross with multiple stains underneath. 7- Outdated/ needs repair. Shower doors did not close/ toilet doesn’t flush well NEVER COMING BACK. Pictures on Expedia are deceiving.

The sheets were a little dirty when I arrived, we asked for an additional towel and an additional fee would be charged and the request was only made via WhatsApp and they didn't respond right away, so the service wasn't good

O espaço do apartamento é muito bom e bem dividido. Tive dificuldades no uso da TV e do ar-condicionado, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. O café da manhã é bom, mas poderiam melhorará a variedade. Voltarei com certeza.

The beach 3 blocks away from the property. Flea market 2 blocks away. We had the option to buy breakfast package. Food cooked on site. We ordered dinner on the first day from the restaurant in the lobby of the building. The food was Yeah good.They brought the food to our apartment. Upon arrival we were so tired and hungry. Highly recommended! OK H
