The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was clean and simplistic but dated (especially the mattress), it does look as though they are slowly updating things one thing at a time. The A/C worked well. Limited T.V entertainment (2 channels),no access to platforms such as Netflix etc.

Hotel péssimo. Estrutura física velha e mal cuidada. Cama extremamente desconfortável, roupa de cama e banho sujas. Nos corredos dos quartos tem naftalina espalhada por todos os cantos, o cheiro é horrivel. O chuveiro do quarto nao esquentava. Solicitei que fosse feita a troca da roupa de cama e fui tratada por um dos funcionários com deboche. Ao lado do hotel existe um prédio abandonado com vários focos de água parada (risco de dengue), além da região do mesmo ser cheia de moradores de rua e usuarios de droga nas imediações. Foi uma péssima experiência, não consegui ficar até o final da hospedagem, desistindo da mesma e buscando outro hotel. As fotos não coincidem com a realidade. Não recomendo.

Hotel velho, sem manutenção. Local horroroso e perigoso sem condições de caminhar a partir do entardecer (por orientação da recepção) com evidentes riscos de assalto e mal tratos. O que “se salva” do hotel é a vista do restaurante no 13o andar onde é servido o café da manhã embora não funciona o restaurante ou bar/lanchonete para almoço ou jantar. Comida só por aplicativo. Pessoal da recepção atende bem.

Tivemos uma estadia extremamente decepcionante em Recife por conta das péssimas condições do hotel em que ficamos. O quarto estava sujo, com muito mofo e um cheiro extremamente forte de naftalina, o que tornou a experiência insuportável. Como sou alérgica, passei a noite inteira entupida, com muita dificuldade para respirar. A cama era horrível de dormir, extremamente dura e desconfortável, impossível descansar bem. Os lençóis colocados na cama estavam com um odor insuportável, parecendo que nunca tinham sido lavados. Pedimos a troca três vezes, mas todos os lençóis entregues continuavam com o mesmo cheiro horrível. No final, tivemos que dormir sem lençol, pois era impossível usar qualquer um dos que foram trazidos. O café da manhã também deixa muito a desejar: poucas opções, e ainda sem gosto a comida. O atendimento é outro ponto negativo. Os funcionários não passam informações corretas, o que só gera mais estresse. Além disso, o cartão de acesso ao quarto se descarrega o tempo todo e só funciona uma única vez, tivemos que descer várias vezes até a recepção para atualizar. O hotel claramente não tem funcionários suficientes para atender à demanda. Não existe um serviço de quarto, um simples pedido de água, por exemplo, não pode ser atendido porque não há quem leve até o quarto. Infelizmente, foi uma das piores experiências que já tivemos. Não recomendo de forma alguma e, com certeza, não voltaremos.

O que valeu mais foi a simpatia e empenho do manobrista para atender às nossas necessidades. O estacionamento é em outro local e o manobrista precisa ir até o outro estacionamento, é bom avisar a recepção se for precisar para pegar o carro com antecedência. Hotel com estrutura antiga, porta rangendo, parece um filme sinistro. Quarto espaçoso. No mapa de escolha, aparece 12 minutos do aeroporto, mas quando vc seleciona o Google maps da 40 minutos para o aeroporto. Então se esse for o motivo da sua escolha, prefira outro.

FECHE ESSE HOTEL. As condições do hotel estão precárias, as fotos não correspondem com a realidade. As paredes estão sujas e com mofo, o piso grudento e banheiro encardido com forte cheiro de urina e torneiras soltas - de madrugada ainda vi uma baratinha passando pela pia-, os lençóis estavam sujos e com manchas e mobiliário velho. A academia estava com TODOS os equipamentos defeituosos, a piscina estava fechada e ambiente do café da manhã estava com cheiro ruim. Além disso, as nossas solicitações não foram atendidas como o tapete/pano do banheiro pois não há camareira na parte da noite e no dia seguinte também não entregaram. Solicitamos a troca de quarto pois o chuveiro estava queimado, mas não tinha disponível e imploramos para ter que tomar banho quente em um outro banheiro no hotel. Informaram que no dia seguinte fariam a manutenção e para nossa surpresa ao regressar as 21:30 o conserto não havia sido realizado e só então a muito custo nos trocaram de quarto. Concluímos que foi uma terrível experiência. FECHEM ESSE HOTEL
