Me hospedei com minha irmã no Hotel Rede Andrade em Boa Viagem e, infelizmente, a experiência foi decepcionante. Já na chegada, nos deparamos com a entrada do hotel tomada por lama, sem qualquer serviço de auxílio com malas, o que dificultou bastante. Também não há disponibilidade para check-in antecipado, e o atendimento na recepção foi marcado por má educação e falta de cordialidade no primeiro contato. O quarto não possui interfone, nem cofre, o que compromete a segurança e a comunicação com a recepção. Um ponto crítico foi a queda de energia elétrica em todas as tardes da nossa estadia. No dia da saída, a energia caiu novamente e, por estarmos no quarto andar, tivemos que descer com malas pela escada, sem ajuda alguma. A ausência de interfone impediu inclusive de pedirmos suporte. O café da manhã é simples e o ambiente onde é servido estava com muitas moscas. Para quem precisa passar roupa, é necessário descer até o hall de entrada e utilizar um local improvisado na lateral, o que é desconfortável e nada prático. A piscina, pequena e sem privacidade, fica exposta à rua, sem qualquer proteção ou discrição. O valor da diária é muito semelhante ao de outros hotéis com estrutura e atendimento bem superiores. A única coisa positiva da estadia foi a vista do quarto, que realmente compensou em parte a experiência negativa. Não recomendamos e não pretendemos retornar.

UMA BOA HOSPEDAGEM NO GERAL

Um hotel muito bom e confortável, para mim em específico pecou em alguns pequenos pontos que fazem diferença. O banheiro deveria possuir ducha higiênica, é muito ruim se hospedar em hotel que não possui a ducha. Os travesseiros não possuem firmeza, foi um ponto ruim para dormir. E o café da manhã que ouvi outras pessoas reclamando, que não há diferença no menu, uma pessoa que se hospeda 4 dias e todo dia é a mesma coisa. No geral, são apenas ideias em pequenos detalhes que podem melhorar aos poucos, mas é um hotel excelente, adorei a minha estadia, de todos os pontos a ducha higiênica seria o mais necessário.
