Os funcionários são super atenciosos e prestativos, o que fez toda a diferença na estadia. O café da manhã é bom, porém poderia ter mais opções. A limpeza do hotel é muito boa e o quarto estava bem higienizado. O hotel não possui elevador e, por esse motivo, precisamos trocar para um quarto no térreo. O quarto em que ficamos não correspondia totalmente às fotos divulgadas: as paredes estavam sujas e o ar-condicionado de parede fazia bastante barulho. A cama era até confortável, mas os travesseiros eram muito desconfortáveis, sendo necessário solicitar outros.
