Atendimento verdadeiramente 5 estrelas, do check-in ao check-out. A recepcionista Raissa foi extremamente atenciosa, sempre buscando tornar a estadia especial e inesquecível, um diferencial que faz toda a diferença. Tenho o hábito de me hospedar em hotéis de alto luxo e posso afirmar com segurança: a Pousada Umbelina supera muitos desses padrões. O restaurante oferece um cardápio variado e um café da manhã simplesmente impecável. O quarto é extremamente limpo, perfumado e decorado com muito bom gosto, refletindo um alto padrão em cada detalhe. Tudo isso em perfeita harmonia com a natureza, em meio a uma reserva ambiental encantadora. Sem dúvida, voltarei muitas vezes. Obrigado!
