Site has full hook-up, with 50/30 AMP, water & sewer connections. Community boat ramp located within the development (within a mile of the lot). Golf course 15min away, boating marina 20min. Lot located Approx. 1 hour away from Shiloh National Battlefield. White Oak Campground (Phase 1) is uner 10min away with the same access gate code, which has a playground, boat ramp, community fire pit etc..
During your stay at this campground, you're just a quick walk from Tennessee River.
