The room was well equipped with coffee machine, fridge and microwave, and the beds and pillows very comfortable. However, there were stains on the carpet and the hotel seems ‘tired’. I know there are renovations taking place, so this may help. The reception staff were friendly and efficient

The location was perfect with Tim hortons in the same parking lot and many choices for meals in close proximity. Enjoyed using the gym; although limited equipment. But overall clean, decent breakfast and polite staff.

Would not recommend or stay here again.

The hotel is under going renovations and there was a lift bucket outside our window painting until about 11 pm. The parking lot was taped off for “safety” Which made parking and carrying bag in and out more challenging. Our room had dirty bedding, filthy towels and behind the bathroom door was hair rocks and filth. Don't think they have ever cleaned out behind the door. There is a un Homed encampment right across the street. A lot of traffic going through the garage and ash trays on the property. I would not have ventured out in the area at night.

1. Coffee Maker Machine was not working 2. When asked for Coffee Mug so that I can warm water to make my own coffee, the Front Desk staff denied saying they don't have coffee mugs / glasses that can be used in microwave to warm water.
