Carpet was filthy and stained.Vents in room were full of dirt. Mold growing where something had leaked from fridge. Toilet seat was unstable. 3 attempts at trying to get the card to work for the room door (including the staff key the desk person gave us were unsuccessful, so we requested another room. Beds were clean and it was late, this is the only reason we stayed. My parents room had no fire detector. So sad to see this property unkept, as it used to be clean. No staff was seen other than the front desk person. Lobby and stairs to second level looked like they hadn’t been cleaned /vacuumed in a cookie years. Won’t be coming back.

There were holes in the wall and bathroom door. The fridge leaked all over the kitchenette floor, leaving a puddle. There were no dishes in the kitchenette but it did have a sign that said not washing dishes would be a $20 charge. The continental breakfast was underwhelming. The sheets and bed were clean though and comfy.

Needs updating.

We were a little taken back as to how cold it was at the moment we walked into the lobby and going down the hallway. By the time we reached our room, we were frozen solid. The room itself was also cold. We turned up the heat, but the minute you walked back into the hallway you could certainly feel the achy cold. The linens were very, very worn, actually tattered and ripped in areas. It was clean, but everything was extremely dated and not in great condition. Very dark in the room as well. The room also smelt like wet dog. We only dealt with a couple of staff and they were very pleasant.

Older hotel. It has a bar which is loud. Breakfast was toast, bagels, cereal. No elevator, stairs only. Could hear adjacent guest rooms. Beds were comfy.
