I did not like the breakfast, we stayed at the super 8 in Innisfail and and it was great, at red deer horrible, an apple and juice box, plus the halls smeeld like pot. Wouldn't definitely not recommend

Not bad, but not great.

I am 74 years old, but still fairly active. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and always ask for a ground floor room. I have never received on, so will probably stop booking at this hotel. The usual answer is that there is only a few steps. There is no elevator, so having to drag my luggage up and down two flights of stairs gets old fast. The room I got this time was a kitchen suite, which I had no use for. There was no place to hang my clothes. The balcony door did not lock properly. There were no black-out curtains, so room got quite bright in the morning. I am usually an early riser, so not a big problem. There were only two thin bath? towels. No mat for the bathroom floor. I had a shower and the floor got a little damp. I slipped on the marble? floor, but was able to catch myself. Falling is a major concern as we get older, so this was not a good experience. I accidentally forgot my iPad in my room. I check out just prior to check out time, and had things to do in the city. About 5:30 pm I couldn't find my iPad, so I phoned the hotel. Fortunately, the iPad was left at the front desk. I am glad they found it, but a timely call would have been nice. In all fairness, I know it was not a "duty" to call, but it would have been a nice touch to show they go above and beyond, so to speak. Lastly, this room was the among the cheapest I could find, but not a lot less than other hotels in the city. I guess "buyer beware" and "you get what you pay for" both apply here.

A turned-up carpet at the entrance caused me to fall (heavily!) as I went to check in at Super 8 by Wyndham. (7474 - 50th Addre June 1/25 at about 9:30pm. quite heavily. My walker and I both hit the heavy glass enclosure wall as well as the cement floor.

-only enough towels for 2 people when 3 were booked - drug deals happening in parking lot - unsavoury characters bumming smokes and tweaking out - room floor filthy from not being mopped.Socks black from walking across 20 feet of floor - unknown stains on duvet covers - no cleaning or restocking of coffee for second night - lots of spiders and beetles in room - the equipment room is not usable as it it full of fold away beds and old mattresses - charged $20 for a face cloth and hand towel that had gotten dirty when I wiped water off the floor next to the shower

The rooms were dirty and very noisy. We could hear the guest in the next room snoring through the walls. The deadbolt was very hard to lock and we thought it was broken. The lobby was done very nice but as soon as you go down the hall it was dirty.

i wouldn't stay in this hotel ever again. the hotel is so dirty that you would be afraid to go barefoot even in the bathroom. the rooms are stinky and has a cigarette smoke smell to it. staff very unfriendly. we had to cut off our stay by one night because there were beg bugs and the kids were starting to cough but of the filth. i demand a refund. we will be reporting this hotel so it can be condemned

very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. we asked for assistance as room was filthy and dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke but they never offered to clean the room. we were forced to cut short our stay by one night as the kids kept on coughing because of the bad small. i don't recommend this hotel to anybody even if they give it for free. this hotel should be condemned. we hope they will refund our money . By the way, there were also bed bugs. Planning of reporting this to environmental health so hotel can be investigated.

we demand a refund of the payment we made. we checked put early as your hotel was filthy dirty. the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. linens and towel were not cleaned. when we approached the front desk officer they did not help solve our problem. they did not even offer to clean the rooms. we also found bed bugs. we booked 6 rooms in total for 2 days but we had to check out on the second day because the accommodation was very bad. Kindly get in touch with us the soonest or else i will report your hotel to environmental health and have your hotel investigated.

We have stayed in a lot of hotels but this one is the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed at. The room reeks of cigarette smoke. The linens and towels were so dirty you would be scared to use it to wipe yourself. The bathroom floors are so dirty. The front desk agent was of no help. We asked them to clean the room but they did not help at all. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone at all even if they offer it for free. In fact, we will be reporting this hotel to environmental heatlh as it very dirty and unsanitary. nobody should be staying at this hotel. not even the homeless would want to stay here.
