First walk in was alright Register than we emptied our van, parking was ok. You have to go around a circle just to get out. When we walked into the room it smelled like strong cleaner. Our neighbours were very loud.(sexually) Construction right across the street, so that was noisy. Weird people around, kinda felt safe as there was cameras everywhere. No oven as in the picture, no coffee machine, no toaster. One roll of toilet paper. Freezer was leaking in the fridge.

Poorly managed an run buisssnes. Can't get ahold of anyone in charge. Bikes coming an going in the middle of the night. Scary place.

Not many stars on this one..i stayed here with my sister this past weekend. The room was dirty, the phone receiver and cradle were very dirty.. i thought there was a crack in the soap dish in the shower, nope.. it was a hair, and i hate to guess where it came from, the carpet was sticky beside the bed. The room was dark with only one lamp.

No customer service here. Over charge me upon checking in. Doesn't accept customers input. Room is dusty looks like hasn't clean from their last customer stay. Smoke free room but hallways smells cigarettes. Terrible terrible super terrible. We just got no choice because area from innisfail all the way to Olds AB. Hotels are fully booked. Does recommend this place. Good luck if you stay here!!!

Good place

Booked with them for the rodeo, the lady at the front desk was very very nice. Was checked in faster than most hotels/motels. The beds were comfy. Was able to watch the hockey game highlights. Check out was simple, the guy was very nice as well. Received my $200 deposit within an hour and a half !

The place reeks of stale cigarette smoke. And I don’t mean just my room. The entire facility. The whole place needs to be gutted and renovated. But if you pay for a $65 room, you get a $65 experience.

The hotel room was very dirty. My hotel room door was open when we first arrived, I’m guessing the cleaning staff must of forgot to close the door fully. We didn’t have any toilet paper in both our rooms and when we went to go ask for the second time the front desk lady was like “are you kidding me” and rolled her eyes. I understand it’s a oil field workers hotel but the least you could do I clean the rooms a little better and make sure the rooms are stalked before guest arrive since majority of the time you guys were outside smoking

Very dirty room. Did not tell me how much the damage deposit was until it was paid and told me there was a sign to indicate said fee which there was not. Our room had orange mould on the walls, stains on the carpet, everything was extremely dusty and the bathroom toilet was not clean and had fecal marks in it still. It was hard to meet with the initial person working as they were outside smoking cigarettes. When I booked this room it did NOT say anything about a damage deposit and we took photos of at least 10+ things of damage in this place. Very displeased we checked out that day and booked a new room right away instead. I did get my deposit back thankfully; however this experience was extremely frustrating.

The property is an older, clean motel with friendly staff. We were concerned that when we were leaving at 8:00 AM that the front doors were locked not allowing us to exit and the side doors also were also locked. The was no one at the front desk but there was a sign indicating that if we needed service to phone a suite to have a staff member respond. He told us that there was a button on the lock on the side door that would have allowed us to exit but no-one had shared this information with us at registration. I was concerned that this could have been a serious problem if there had been any emergency or a fire.

The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Urine stains all around the bottom of the bowl on the outside. The carpets should be ripped out. The place smelled of grime snd old smoke, like a dumpster. It was disgusting. The manager was nice though. We won’t ever stay there again. A decent price doesn’t mean it needs to ge disgustingly dirty.
