Upon entry into this warm, charmed single level abode you will walk into our open concept living room with sofa, loveseat and matching chair, a gas fireplace, flat screen TV with satellite and the bright fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, cabinetry and dining area. Towards the back of the home you will find the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.



The master bedroom tucked off the hall to the right is complete with a King sized bed, flat screen TV with satellite, private full bath with his/her vanities/sinks/mirrors. The guest bedroom features a Queen sized bed, flat screen TV with satellite. The third bedroom, features 2 sets of bunk beds (3 twins plus one full), flat screen TV with satellite. Both guest bedrooms share the 3/4 bath with a shower directly next to the kitchen/dining, out in the garage you will find the Washer/Dryer for your use as well as a ping-pong table and dart board.



This home is complete with Fiber Optic Wi-Fi and satellite TV's in all bedrooms and the living area so when you want to kick back and enjoy your evenings after a fun filled day then you are well equipped to do so... This home has gorgeous mountain views from the North facing front porch looking towards the Red River (partly hidden by homes across the way). Exterior amenities include outdoor bench, chairs and a gas BBQ grill. You can also hear the Red River that flows directly across the way and the quaking aspens that surround the home.
