Claim Jumper #17 Townhouse with High Speed Wifi

The Claim Jumpers are just across the street from the Red River Ski Area’s Platinum Chair Lift which gives visitors a beautiful view of the mountain and the ability to be within walking distance of anywhere in town.



Claim Jumper #17 is a two-bedroom deluxe townhouse that sleeps 6. This unit is right next to the kids’ fishing ponds.



The front door opens to a spacious living area that includes a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided) and a flat-screen Tv w/DvD player for the family to enjoy. Also on the ground floor is a dining area with seating for six, a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen, and a ½ bath.



On the 2nd-floor bedroom #1 has a king bed with a full bath (tub/shower) while bedroom #2 contains two twin beds and a full bath (tub/shower). There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well.



Each Claim Jumper unit has 2 dedicated parking places. Any extra vehicles and All trailers will need to be parked off the property. Other amenities include wireless internet, a grill. This property is perfect for those who work remotely because it has High Speed WiFi. No washer and dryer in this unit. The total square feet is 1210.

**Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control.
