Red River Townhouse - Efficiency

Upon entering this super cute first floor efficiency apartment, you will find an open floor plan. The main area has a king bed that sleeps 2, a small dining table with chairs and a kitchenette complete with a hot plate to fix those warm meals on a snowy evening. This unit is right on Main Street and can be rented along with our Red River Townhouse, which adds extra space for the family. There is a full bathroom with a walk in shower and a washer/dryer. The unit is also equipped with high speed wifi and a smart tv. There is a nice grassy area right outside the door to enjoy those beautiful starry nights.



There is no trailer parking and no grill. This property has no air conditioning, however, summer temperatures in Red River are mild, rarely rising above the mid-70s.
