First room we were given - the beds were not made and trash was not empty. Second room we were given - there was no toilet paper, no Kleenex, no towels and there was still food left in the fridge. However the desk clerk brought us all the missing items and removed the food. To try to make things right, they did not charge us the pet fee.

I think it’s a stretch to call this a Best Western Plus. Stayed the night before at Best Western Plus in Hood River Oregon and it was excellent in every way.
