Our stay was amazing! The lady at the front desk was the best part, we checked in at 5 on Thursday December 11th and I regret I didn’t get her name but she was absolutely amazing! During our stay anytime she was on shift she was so personable and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, room was amazing, but that front desk lady is why I will be back everytime we come to Redding and we come a lot!

For the price this stay is a deal! The room was fine nothing exiting. The staff was the best part. It's a bit close to the freeway. I slept fine my husbandnot so much. But we would stay there again.

Nice sized room, beds were comfy. Lots of options for breakfast! My only complaint was lady in front desk made a rude remark.. when i told her my last name she said "English please.." and laughed. I did not find it very funny even if it was a true joke on her end. She also mentioned there was a 60 mile rule that they wont let people who live close by stay. I didnt notice that under the listing, thankfully we came from a bit farther.. I did not hear her mention to another family that was checking in as i walked by

Carpet in the whole building is very dirty. Inside the room is okay. Children were running in the hallway first floor with wet clothes on water dripping out of their clothes. Wet hallways.
