Overall, the stay was good, no complaints except that, what is the issue with not having/leaving a couple of bottles of water in the room for guests? There were none.

Power out

It all was going fine until I was in the bathroom and the power went out. We were on the 3rd floor and unable to walk down the stairs due to a disability so we had to wait for the power to come back on to get checked out. We were in a handicap room and they should have checked with us to see that we were alright. Then unable to get a print out due to computer rebooting.

They put me in a handicap room that had molded carpet and apparent leakage from the shower. The parking was ok, but they were over booked, and I had to wait about 20 min for an associate to check me in ( I arrived late on a road trip). The associate was friendly and professional. The best customer service by Darrell, the gentleman working the breakfast service. His service was so good, helpful, gracious, and a hard worker. I am an administrator on travel and these things really stick out to me. His service was impeccable!
