I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this place to anyone. The rooms were musty and smelled strongly of cigarettes. Additionally, one of the windows in our room was broken. The overall cleanliness was disgustingly poor. The state of the parking lot was equally unacceptable. It contained three broken mini-fridges, a broken television, and an old, cracked, and broken vending machine. Your advertisement mentioned a pool; however, it appeared to have been out of commission for a significant amount of time and was surrounded by trash. Furthermore, we were only provided with two towels per room. When I requested extra towels, I was informed that none were available. I then asked for pool towels, noting that there seemed to be a supply despite the pool being unusable, but this request was also denied. As a result, I was forced to find a Walmart to purchase additional towels for my family and me so we could take another shower. While I could provide further details of our negative experience, I believe the points mentioned above clearly illustrate the unacceptable conditions.

It was a great room for the price. There was also a great restaurant in the parking lot which was very convenient. The only bad thing was the tv had lines going across the screen and very few channel

The staff is friendly and kind. The Safeway across the street is convenient for quick meals and snacks. The rooms are always clean.

Great budget hotel centrally located

It's a great budget hotel. Rooms are newly remodeled. There's Lulu's restaurant in the parking lot which is a good place to eat too.

I have stayed at this hotel four times before. Every time the room is clean, comfortable, and enough pillows. However, although this time room 105 was clean, comfortable, and enough pillows, the TV was not working properly and could not be fixed. The sink and bathtub drains were blocked.

The room was clean, but had an overwhelming smell of cleaners, the bathroom didn't have a toilet paper roll holder, the shampoo and bodywash dispensers were pulled off the shower wall, the tv only had 7 off air antenna stations that were very bad reception. Sorry, not my favorite
