Floor and surfaces were dusty, probably they dont really sweep or mop the floor. We were tired and didn’t request for room change. Bed and bathroom was okay, and clean. Microwave was not working well, power issues. Some electrical cables were exposed on the wall.

Would actually like to come and be recieved as guest. Was told 9 reside yoo clode yo hotel to stay 9ne might alone. Go eat dinner at lulu's and shop at local estanlidhmentd ip downtown recently made nice up off California Street and Bell Shopping Plaza. Was denied my room upon check in. The desk staff was really helpful. I went to my room and found it not cleaned or prepared for checkin. The man at the desk immediately changed me to another room and was very apologetic.

Looked clean but the room had cockroaches

The front desk person was very nice and easy to talk to. The hotel room looked clean when we walked in, but the next morning we saw a cockroach on the desk in the room.
