They helped accommodate me while my luggage was being located, and their warmth made a stressful situation so much easier. It honestly felt like I was staying with family. I will absolutely be back!

Room was fine, but there was no basic toiletries, examples are no lotion, qtips, and the coffee in the room wasnt very good, I left a 1 star because that should be a basic item list in every hotel along with shower soaps and conditioners which you had.

Both the check in and check out were done with courtesy and friendliness. The room more than met expectations. In fact my mom wants to stay there in that exact same room again next year. Lots of space, the sink and refrigerator were much appreciated though we did not use the microwave or stove. The only negative if you even want to call it that is that the sofa was a bit uncomfortable for watching tv. But that is truly not that important. All in all it was a great stay.
