This home enjoys a prime location in Eagle Crest Resort, directly alongside one of the three golf courses. Other wonderful resort amenities include three sports centers (including the Ridge Sports Center a quarter-mile down the road), indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, fitness centers, an 18-hole putting course, a spa, dining options, and courts for tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, and racquetball.



Wherever your days take you - to Cline Falls State Scenic Viewpoint (three miles), Smith Rock State Park (16 miles), or downtown Bend (17 miles) - this is a comfortable retreat to return to each evening. The ground floor is full of sunlight, offering generous windows on two sides and a cozy gas fireplace at its center. Get started on dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, flip burgers or steaks on the gas grill outside, and linger on the patio with dessert and a sunset view of the golf course and surrounding landscape.

Nice location

Pros: this townhouse is in a great location. The views are pretty both in the front and back. The little deck off the master is nice. We saw many deer. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I have ever experienced in a vacation rental. It was a joy to cook in this kitchen. TVs worked great and the master bed was decent. Everything was clean except the windows (interior) and back deck. The bathrooms were nice and well stocked. The price is great. Cons: the air conditioning kept shutting off, we suspect it is controlled remotely. It was odd, we would set it to 72 and an hour later it was set at 87. It did work well when every so often the setting didn’t change. The lock on the front door is almost impossible to open. Ten numbers need to be pressed quickly, and the numbers on the lock are quite close to each other so is easy to accidentally press the wrong one. It took about ten to fifteen minutes to get in every time, beyond frustrating. The interior windows had children’s hand prints and other smudges all over them, even in the master bedroom, an unacceptable over sight for the cleaners as they are everywhere even on the glass front door. The master bedroom carpet is covered in stains. The back porch umbrella (which you very much need for the afternoon sun) is broken. This vacation rental felled like it is working to slowly fix itself up, as some of the flooring and carpet are brand new, and the well stocked kitchen has many brand new items. So over time this might become a very nice place. We will try it again in the future as we did enjoy all the positive aspects of this place.
