Our home is located in a beautiful and growing lake area. There may occasionally be construction activity on nearby properties during normal daytime working hours and occasionally weekends. While most guests experience a peaceful and relaxing stay, construction schedules on neighboring properties are outside of our control and may occur at times.

The outdoor pools in Stonebridge are seasonal and are typically open from memorial weekend to labor day weekend. Pool availability may also occasionally be impacted by weather conditions, maintenance, or safety considerations. If use of the pool is an important part of your stay, please feel free to reach out before booking to confirm seasonal availability.

Community Amenity Availability:
We do our best to ensure all amenities are available for guest enjoyment. However, outdoor community amenities such as the pool, sand volleyball, basketball, tennis, golf, walking trails and other features may occasionally require maintenance or temporary closure due to weather, safety, or servicing needs. These community amenities are provided for guest enjoyment but cannot be guaranteed at all times.

- NOTE: There is NO parking within StoneBridge Village for boats, jet skis, RV, or any kind of trailer (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- NOTE: StoneBridge Village charges a usage fee of $7 per vehicle per night to receive the parking pass
