Located only 40 minutes drive from Florence and Arezzo, sitting in the middle, Villa Elena is a private property with private swimming pool, ideal for those who want to discover this part of Tuscany, with towns such as Siena, San Gimignano, Florence, Arezzo and the Chianti area, within just a short driving distance away. Surrounded by vineyards, with spectacular countryside views, you could not ask for more from a holiday in Tuscany!

The villa develops over two levels and 450 sq.m

On the ground floor, we have two beautiful lounge rooms with sofas (one with fireplace and the other a larger relax area), the kitchen and the dining room. There is a guest bathroom with toilet and sink.

On the first floor we find the main sleeping area consisting of five double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms with shower. Two of the bedrooms can be converted into twins and one of the bedrooms can have 3 single beds.

There is also an 80 sq.m annex developing on two levels. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor, we find a triple bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Outside, the villa offers expanse gardens, a large and heated private swimming pool (14x7m; 1.4m deep; open from April 1 to November 1) equipped with sun beds, external shower and shaded areas. There is a beautiful terrace which is ideal for al-fresco meals, as well as a relax area with sauna and gym equipment (tapis roulant, exercise bike) with separate bathroom and shower.
