This hotel is clean and has many amenities including an awesome pool with a waterslide. It could use some updating as it does feel like a bit of an older hotel. Breakfast is included which is nice but it is your average hotel breakfast, nothing special. Parking lot can get a bit congested, but hotel is in an area that is close to other restaurants and stores. Overall, staff is nice and would stay again.

It was noisy at all times people stomping and slaving doors at all hours of the night. I booked a room with a couch and the front desk said gytejs.com mislead me to get more money. I asked what places to eat is there and they would only tell me one place and said there are others over there this was the worst service I've ever had at any hotel

I was very disappointed that the hot tub and pool were closed for the duration of our stay. The major reason we booked this hotel was the pool and hot tub. I didn’t feel like the staff thought it was important but it was very important to us. The condition of the bathroom could have been better, the sink was clogged and the tub drain is rusty.

We chose this hotel specifically for our granddaughter to use the pool and water slide. Disappointed that there was no prior notice that the pool is closed. After a week of evacuating from our home due to wildfires, we were looking forward to a fun time together. Otherwise the hotel is fine. Room was nice and the a good breakfast was provided.
