While the room was clean when we requested our clean towels and empty garbage cans our 2nd day. Housekeeping said they would do this but ignored the request and it took 2 phone calls where the front desk assured us they would do this and 3 hours later and a visit to front desk being told the Housekeeping staff where unavailable.

Good but no fitness facilities

Property was under Reno’s but pretty quiet still. Room was huge and really nice. Service was great. But the gym was a treadmill, 10 lb dumbbells. Very disappointed.

Had a bad start with issues with check in, but otherwise we loved our stay. Staff were friendly. Didn’t like that our 1st day there were swimming lessons going on making it difficult to use the pool but it we only noticed that once. Breakfast was good. Only thing we wished they had was a better option for fruit and pastries. Definitely recommend this hotel. 😁
