All aspects of building and room in desperate need of an update. Loud (can hear everything happening in halls and adjacent rooms). Shower has no pressure, old and leaking from the top pipe. The Hot tub jets where not working and the tub was filled only half. I got a parking ticket every day even after paying parking fee, had to bring this to the recpetion attention everyday.

The hot tub was not working the entire stay. There was a noisy hockey tournament that had repeated noise complaints all three nights in a row and kept me and my family up all night while we were there. The bed was dirty and full of someone else’s hair when we arrived, then when asked to change the bed sheets it took hours for staff to get around to it and when they finally did the sheets were wet.

Great property and very convenient access to everything, the stadium, downtown, The Diplomat restaurant as well as shoppers drug mart. Very very convenient location. The lounge is very nice and the food is great. The staff in the lounge is outstanding. She always had a smile on her face and was very attentive. We did get a larger room because we had extra baggage from an expo to bring up. But the room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable the sheets were amazingly soft. The sofa was incredible uncomfortable so we pulles it out into a bed and it was better to relax on. Was a little surprised that the towels weren't whiter but maybe they have hard water. Overall it was a nice stay other than the motorcycle with the loud pipes going up and down the streets revving his engine at 2 am. lol. It was a great visit.

Staff were helpful and professional and the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. We did not get our water bottles replenished for our second day and night stay. Our room was a little musty smelling and the temperature on the fridge was set too high. Some of the drinks we had were frozen come morning. Street noise was somewhat loud but to be expected in the downtown area. My biggest complaint was receiving an email and a text at 7 am informing us that check out time was nearing and asking what time we planned to leave. This I felt was unacceptable and rude.

No hot water during the second night we stayed. I waited for an hour starting around 11:30 and called the front desk for a complain but we just couldn’t wait any longer in the end and had to shower in cold water. No matter what the reason might be, the experience was terrible especially after a long day at work.

Downtown area has too many undesirable people hanging around. Not even nice to walk around outside. Narrow staircase from parade to lobby is a bit inconvenient Otherwise everything else was really good. We would stay there again

We booked this hotel for the pool/hot tub and lounge. After we checked in we went down to the pool area and the hot tub was out of order. Next we wanted to watch the hockey game so went down to lounge…. Told it was not opening tonight….. we ended up walking to a pub. So overall not a very satisfying stay.
