Property had lots of eating options. Room was nice. But the main floor of this hotel was cold. So cold out got my jacket to have breakfast in the morning. Turn the heat up. Even the front desk staff had portable heaters. No towels at the pool. A bit expensive for what it is. Kinda old and outdated.

Room was quite big which was a delightful surprise. The pool was great and not busy at all so I was able to relax in the hot tub all by myself. We will stay again.

We were woken at 8am to the sound of drilling directly outside our rooms. When asked what was happening we were just ignored and the drilling continued for another hour. Brought to the attention of staff and we have yet to hear if we were receiving a refund.

Cold room, way over

This room was wayyy overpriced and could not get the room heated up. Called front desk and all they did was send someone up that turned the thermostat on an off then left. Woke up to a freezing cold room. No breakfast and made us pay for parking because our vehicle wouldn’t fit in they’re undersized parking garage

The mattress was old and dirty. Very small bathroom and awkward layout. The supplied toiletries were almost empty when we arrived. Light fixtures and switches were dirty. In room menu was sticky and crusty. The gym was in the pool area and VERY hot and humid. Positives - we all slept well! We could hear everything in the hall and next door room, but fortunately everyone was quiet after 10.

Found only one elevator to rake yoj to basemt alwasy in use for going up so rakes for ever. Rokm had counter top peeling off an they just put coffe maker over it to hold down. Moved to make room an it lifted. Toilet paper holder was broken. One ice mechine worked out of all leveles had to find that out hard way.. jet less hot tub.. like dosent even say that online. Overall not a good place for the price i paid for a king suit and parking
