Our stay was fine. The staff up front were nice and he had said he would go fetch a luggage cart for us, however, I assume he got busy and was unable to do so. I also called down as I saw in the photos that our room had a bath tub. I was disappointed to find out it did not and requested a room with one. The person at the front desk seemed apprehensive about switching our room and said we would “have to check out and rebook another room” in which I responded that I would not be doing that as I paid for a room with a bathtub and the photos showed the room having one. The staff then understood and stated he would see what he could do. We never heard back from him and were too tired to try to do anything else about it.

Felt when booking they had a breakfast included. When providing coffee it would be nice to have decaf as an option. The shower certainly needed a shelf or ledge for soap etc than having to use floor. Doesn’t have a washroom in reception area- need to go to adjoining restaurant.Would not recommend it to anyone.

Very clean , quiet love staying at sandman . The check in was seamless and our room was amazing . We were greeted by Mazhan who was very happy to help us get settled .
