We booked 2 rooms for 1 night, family with children. The area is worse than I expected, the bar attached to this hotel is certainly not doing it any favours. When it comes to the rooms our 1 room reeked like cigarettes, although they promptly switched us rooms to one that was much cleaner. The 2nd room didn't have a working A/C. The water pressure in the showers were lackluster. You can see they are trying to make it nicer with ongoing renovations though.

We were disappointed that pool and hot tub and restaurant were closed for renovation so there was no hot breakfast and we had been looking forward to hot tub after a long drive.

The room was very clean. The shower base needed repair but all in all was pretty good. The breakfast was just a lot of sweet buns so some variety would have been good. There was a choice of apples or banana’s and coffee. The area around the building needs cleaning.

The property was fine, my room was older, but clean. The staff were friendly. However lots of the amenities that were advertised were not available. For instance, the breakfast was tubs of muffins, etc, a mini fridge with a shared jug of milk and minimum options. This is a deterrent strictly for sanitary purposes. The gym was also two treadmills and an elliptical in a room, the pool was closed and my room wasn't cleaned the entire three days I stayed here, and I had to ask for a second washcloth. The building was quiet, which was nice, but felt limited. The staff were nice and did their best, but would recommend waiting till renovations are done prior to staying.

The front desk staff were very friendly and nice. The rooms were very modern. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom shower was very nice. We had a great stay here and will for sure stay here again.
