This hotel stay was the worst we have ever experienced. Blankets and linens were yellow stained. Hairs still in beds. Requested a new room due to the unsanitary conditions. The second room was worse than the first. The hairs in the beds were worse and the linens appeared to be stained right through the blankets onto the sheets. Office chair dirty. Garbage under beds. AC was broken. Muddy or bloody finger prints on the walls. Staff called housekeeping as we could not get into a new room. We waited 20-30 minutes for housekeeping, they never arrived. We left to a new hotel as we were travelling with children.

Mattress in the room should have been changed as it was well used. The other bed was too small for the metal bed frame so it stuck out from the mattress making it a safety hazard. It was crowded and not very comfortable. This should have been a queen bed room and not two doubles. Lots of homeless people hanging around the outside of the building making it questionable to occasionally leave our teen at the hotel. We did not stay the full original time booked and had difficulty checking out early. We ended up going back to the hotel the following day as the original staff who said he would check us out did not. The lady at the front desk the following day ended up fixing the issue so we only paid for the two nights we were there. For the price point it was barely acceptable; however, it was not to our liking.

The lady at the front desk was nice,efficient and knowledgeable. Our room really needed vacuuming. The air conditioner was noisy and not cool. The bathroom was the only clean part but only enough towels for one person. The checkout person was told about the really dirty carpet but didn’t seem to care much. I would not choose this hotel again.

The main doors to the lobby do not have auto/switch control, thereby manoeuvring the luggage cart in and out of the hotel was challenging. No help from any staff at all since there was only one staff on duty at the reception desk. The breakfast was an absolute disappointment. Just to name a few: no creamer for the coffee, only one loave of white bread and few bagels, juice was from the store shelve kind, no napkins to be found, choices for breakfast were the skippiest I have ever seen. This is the nail on the coffin: my check out statement showed about $3.00 more than what Expedia had quoted when I made the reservation. The explanation from the staff was that the extra was hotel tax which was not included in Expedia's quote. She must have thought that I was just born yesterday. I just walked away. Need I say more?

The receptionist never smiled, she didn't want to be there and it showed. The room seemed nice at first, you could tell it had been renovated but, before I took my shower, I saw a short black hair then a couple more as was in the shower. The linen were kind of yellow. You wonder if they clean the room between customers.
