Gated newer Town Home in small community east of Route 1 with community pool access located just off Rehoboth Avenue and about 1 mile walk to beach and boardwalk. Easy stroll to coffee shops and restaurants. Spacious and tastefully decorated, there is a rear patio with gas grill off the living area on the first floor, state of the art granite counter well-equipped kitchen with large bar area, 1st floor powder room and garage for parking and storing beach equipment. New lighting fixtures and furniture in the house. Picnic table for sitting out back. 2nd Floor Ensuite bedroom has 1 King bed, a walk-in closet and an extra-large shower in a large attached bath. Also on 2nd floor is another bedroom with 1 Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom with king sleep sofa (American sofa so foam and not metal) also has access to a sunny balcony. 3rd Floor has open loft bedroom with a King bed and another 3/4 bath. Located one block from the Grove Park playground, biking/walking trail entrance and local Farmer's Market at Grove Park as well. Also beach chairs, games, beach umbrella and beach cart included in rental. Two parking spaces, one in garage, one in lot.
