Welcome to 37244 Sea Coast Court!
OVERVIEW: Upon entering the townhouse, the spacious foyer offers a large closet to hold your belongings, as well as garage access for your bikes, beach buggy, and beach gear. The first floor also offers a serene primary bedroom with two twin beds and an ensuite bath. This bedroom also has a private, covered patio to enjoy your morning coffee or cocktail. The second floor features a large, airy open floor plan incorporating the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Off the living area, you find a lovely screened porch with comfortable furniture from which you can hunker down with a good book or enjoy a cold beverage, coffee, or conversation any time of day or night. The chef in the group will enjoy whipping up a gourmet meal in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless appliances and granite countertops, and an additional kitchen table to accommodate four. In addition, the dining area features a table with seating for six. The second floor conveniently features a powder room as well. Let's head to the third floor with two separate primary suites! Both primary bedrooms offer queen beds and smart TVs. One primary provides a balcony, a great area to decompress after a long day at the beach!
LOCATION: The townhouse is ideally situated: a quick walk/bike or drive to the beach, boards, shops and restaurants of Rehoboth, steps to the private access to the Junction & Breakwater bike trail to historic Lewes and beyond, a 5 minute drive to the tax-free outlets the community is just a quick bike ride to the beach, or you can grab public transportation and walk to multiple restaurants, such as Outback, The Pointe, Crystal Diner, and many more.
PARKING: One parking spot in front of the garage and overflow available throughout the community.
AMENITIES: Community charcoal grill and picnic table. Beach equipment and bikes are available. However, they will not be replaced if broken. Extra refrigerator in the garage, ceiling fans, and a ground-level primary bedroom with an ensuite
THINGS TO KNOW: Grills are not permitted. No pets and no smoking. Linens are not provided. However, we have a rental program available for guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
