It was clean and beautiful. Staff is very nice. Behind the hotel is a beautiful lake with cherry blossom trees and the entrance/exit is steps away from the beach. It is a bit of a hike when walking back from the main things on the boardwalk, but not too bad.

The only complaint is that I don't think my bed was changed prior to my stay. We did not go to the beach when we arrived, but my bed had sand in it as did the floor. the sand was not from the floor because I wore slipper socks in the room and took them off before I went to bed. The issue was addressed quickly when I informed the Manager. There was dust and tissues etc behind the bed that was not ours. Considering that the hotel was only open 1 week prior, it was not deep cleaned while it was closed.

I have stayed here multiple times and it’s always been a pleasant stay. The property is located at the end of the boardwalk so the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk isn’t heard. It’s right in front of the beach and they have covered parking that is complimentary. Many things are walking distance and if you’re looking for luxury, I would suggest you stay elsewhere. I will be back

The families 20+ people that stayed 2 doors down that had 3 rooms where noisy and the kids where running around outside with crying babies the rooms slammed doors banging on the metal rails asked them to be considerate of others and to be quiet they where up at 5 am and stayed up late after 10 pm they where always outside on the deck sitting on the floor they let the kids run around outside of everyone’s doors very rude and did not want to be quiet for others just got louder nothing was done about it never is when you say something anyway I was in an oceanfront room and paid a lot more than did

Great location at the end of the boardwalk and right in the beach. The rooms were clean and quiet. The only downside was the office check in lady was not at all friendly. I had to save a credit card at the time of online reservation and she automatically charged my credit card without asking me. When I asked to pay the balance in cash she said ‘too late’ and would not alter the transaction. Other than this issue, I would stay at this location again.
