JUST 2 JUNE WEEKS LEFT TO BOOK IN 2025 - REDUCED TO GO!!! Beautiful and spacious, this five bedroom home offers all the luxury living you'll need on your vacation! Located in exclusive Canal Corkran, a lovely community just off Rehoboth Avenue Extended, 8 Wades Court is a two-story house with open living areas, chef's kitchen, delightful enclosed porch/Florida room, fabulous outdoor space with 2 patios and a shady yard, community pool, wireless internet and three parking spaces in the driveway plus two spaces in garage. Guests pay a $125 cleaning fee for stays 7 nights or over. Guests pay $230 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 nights. No Pets or Smoking Please. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

Great getaway

Love end of season at the beach, and love this neighborhood! We were super lucky to find this house especially since our days were not the usual Saturday to Saturday. Check In was super easy, rentals were at the front door and house was clean and ready. Turns out we didn’t need to rent as many linens as we though, sheets and towels, sure, but the rest of the house was better equipped than the listing indicated which was a great surprise and wonderful for going forward/knowing for renting again. Thank you so much!

SPACIOUS HOME FOR LARGE FAMILY

Home is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is a close drive to the beach avoiding traffic. The kitchen was the best feature as we did cook for a very large group each night. No need to bring any extras as the kitchen has everything you would ever need including a double oven and plenty of seating both inside and out.
