Be one of the first guests in this awesome Rehoboth Beach house with all the comforts of home!
Conveniently located off Rehoboth's Main Ave, this house is within walking distance to popular eateries and shopping. One of the best features is the open floor plan that offers plenty of outdoor space, a cozy living room with cable TV, and a great custom kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and out door grill.
Visiting this home with a group is made easier with the bedroom/bathroom combination in all 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a beautiful ensuite with custom tiled walk in shower. Upstairs bedroom number 2 has a tub/shower combination and private outdoor porch area with comfortable seating, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Bedroom number 3 also has a shower/tub combo. which makes traveling with kids easier.
All 3 bedrooms are tastefully decorated, spacious, and include a smart WiFi TV.
Hosting guests was in mind when planning for this home where the main level is open and large , includes plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, cable TV, laundry room, and 1/2 bath. This inviting space offers plenty of area to spread out and enjoy family and friends.

In an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property. A contact number for a local sheet rental business will be provided with our check in information.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay at this amazing home. No stress parking like most of the homes closer to the boardwalk. Spotless home and it was deafening quiet in the neighborhood just like we like it. Best stay by far I’ve ever had in Rehoboth.

West Rehoboth Gem

Let’s get one thing out of the way up front. If you’re a beach bum and like immediate proximity to the sand and surf, look elsewhere. You will either walk/bike a mile-plus with your gear in tow, or you’ll fight traffic for the privilege of paying for public parking.Fortunately, our crew was dialed in for a birthday excursion

Nice property. Comfortable lodgings. Plenty of seating for families / groups. Easy to access the property. Plenty of parking. Stairs to access the house. No problem for us but might be challenging for the elderly or those with young children. All three bathrooms have their own toilet and shower. Quite the luxury. Lol. Overall a great experience. No complaints.

The house exceeded our expectations. I searched for quite awhile to find clean accommodations reasonably close to the beach. And because we booked late, we were super pleased with what we found. We would love to book again. Great experience all around.

This is a great freshly renovated beach house just off the beach in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect spot for our Rehoboth trip.

Beach Trip

We rented this place as a group of friends and it was perfect for our needs. Everything was fresh and clean, the layout was great, and we had zero issues during our stay. The neighborhood was close enough to walk in to town but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. We had a great time and would definitely rent again.
