The unit was clean. I didn't realize until this morning that the bed in the room where my son & daughter-in-law were was broken. They could not sleep on it together. It was that way when we got there. I just wasn't aware of it until this morning or I would have said something sooner. Otherwise, the unit was fine and it was close to the ocean.

Great location right on the beach. Off season is a great time to go. Saw sunrise and moonrise right from the balcony. Screen door did not slide very well but overall the place was in good shape

Immediate access to all events during Sea Witch weekend. Easy access to Rehobeth Avenue. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
