Ocean Block and Private Swimming Pool! Enjoy this beautiful home just one block to the beach and boardwalk! This home has a large front porch and side yard with pool and outdoor shower.

Lots of Sund Decks on the Second Floor!

The first floor has a large great room with spacious living room with 65" flat screem TV, gourmet kitchen (with viking appliances) and dining area. Dining room can sit 8 comfortably and there are 3 stools at the kitchen island.

There is also one bedroom (King Size Bed) with flat screen TV and dual sink vanity bathroom. There is a powder room and laundry room with HE washer/dryer on the first floor too.

The second floor has a small sitting area plus three bedrooms.

2nd Floor Bedroom 1 has a King Bed, Flat screen TV, Bathroom and private Sun Deck.
2nd Floor Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV and access to a Sun Deck.
2nd Floor Bedroom 3 has 2 Bunk Beds which totals 4 Twins, plus a Flat Screen TV and access to a Sun Deck.
There is also a hall bathroom (shower) on this floor.

The location and property were great. There was a few minor flaws with the house but someone was sent over immediately to fix the minor issues. We would definitely stay here again. Great location

Great stay in Rehoboth!

We were in town for two friends’ wedding and had a great time staying in this location. Great location and well taken care of property. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Lovely home in great location

This property was one of the nicest VRBO properties that we have ever stayed in. It was almost new inside with beautiful finishes and furnishings. The rooms were as listed. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and appliances. The porch is the icing on the cake!

Great location and wonderful house

This property is just a short two-block walk from the ocean and the shopping district. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. We did have two maintenance issues (we lost hot water and the dishwasher became unfixed from its base and we needed to wash dishes manually the last day).
