Didn’t like that there was no breakfast when it said there was , nobody in person to welcome you at check in and check out, only instructions over the phone , the room was cute and clean. Comfortable bed and 2 cold water bottles in the fridge was nice.

We stayed only one night at the Ocean Glass Inn. Everything was fine and we really appreciated they left us plenty of water bottles in the fridge as the tap water was not tasty at all. The AC was a bit hard to figure out in spite of the instructions, otherwise we had a good stay

Cute for a Short Stay!

The Ocean Glass Inn was so cute! We rented a two bedroom cottage and it was perfect for our stay in Rehoboth Beach. Very close drive to the main strip and beach access. The only cons were a tiny bathroom and the club across the street blasting music into the early morning hours.

Good Property - Hospitality needs improvement

The property itself is alright. The hospitality could really use some improvement. The room: nice, charming, and clean. The location: close to nearly everything. Hospitality: instructions state that you have until 5 PM to check in. We planned to relax on the beach that day until 4PM. We don't get a lot of time away and wanted to make the most of our trip. At 1:48 PM, there was a voicemail on my phone from the property (the owner) asking about our arrival time. I called back and was told everyone else had already checked in and she was waiting for us so she could go home. This was frustrating. If you don't want to work your stated hours, then maybe don't go into the hospitality industry? I politely explained that we were planning to arrive around 4 in order to enjoy our time at the beach. We arrived earlier than that because there is an advertised "happy hour" at the property. When we asked about it, she said no one came (on the dot at 4pm), so she didn't put it out. You expect people to be lining up at the door ahead of time for an advertised amenity?! Had I known this, we would not have left the beach early. They ask guests to book direct with them and not use third-party websites because it costs them a commission and they feel this isn't fair. They do not offer any type of discount for doing this, so I won't (I get rewards with hotels.com). Overall, the room was fine, but management's approach really dampened what was supposed to be a much-needed, restful holiday.

Room was beautifully decorated and the bed extremely comfortable. It’s quite loud though given its proximity to a nightclub. The heating unit also was inconsistent in its ability to put out heat. The shower was extremely inconsistent as well. One minute it’s hot, the next it’s burning you or freezing - all on its own doing. No adjustments from me.
