This bright, clean, split-level two-bedroom, two-bath condo features new furnishings in the primary bedroom and living room. The primary suite includes an en-suite bathroom with ample counter space and a custom-tiled shower, a brand-new king bedroom set, and sweeping ocean views. The well-appointed kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need, while central air conditioning keeps you comfortable year-round. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from every room, plus serene lake and canal views of Lewes and Rehoboth. The large balcony, with new patio furniture and DIRECT OCEAN VIEWS, is the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, ocean breezes, and even whale watching.
This ideal location offers easy access to Cape Henlopen State Park, the nearby resort town of Rehoboth Beach, tax-free outlet shopping, Gordons Pond, and a wide variety of fine dining options. Parking is convenient with one reserved spot marked #707 and additional parking for a second car near the community pool.
21 Ocean Drive provides bike racks, tennis courts, a pool, marina, kayak launch, tot lot, and a private beach with access directly across the street. Community amenities (with a $150 amenity fee) include an outdoor pool, tennis, marina, and a pier for kayak and canoe launches. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-site. Linens are not supplied, but a rental package is available for guests. Pets and smoking are not permitted, and please note there are steps inside the condo.

Absolutely perfect vacation spot for a small family. Views are just as good as pictured. Location is perfect - less than 100 yards walk across the street to a private neighborhood beach. Area is quiet. And the place was so clean. 10/10 recommend.
