The property was in an amazing location. We short walk to shops, restaurants and beach! The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Loved the setup in the kitchen. A lot of things were provided such as cook ware and things needed for a home meal. Bathrooms were spacious and very clean. Would definitely return to this house if another opportunity presents itself. Property management company was very nice and informative.

This is a lovely modern house with a location that can't be beat! We had 6 adults and 5 kids ages 5-10 and it fit everyone comfortably. Tip - don't forget bathmats when you bring your linens, as none are provided. Biggest pros* Location* En suite bathrooms in every room* Big comfortable living room encouraged playing and hanging out* Good sized deep pool* Well stocked kitchen (if you're a baker, they even have a Kitchen Aid stand mixer and lots of baking dishes)* Thoughtful details like blankets and board games in the living room, extra cleaning and household supplies like handsoap and dishsoap* Lots of beach chairs and toys to borrow.Biggest cons * No dressers in the bedrooms so there was little space to put your clothes away (although large closets in every room)* No pantry or shelves for dry goods in the kitchen (although there are shelves around the corner near the washing machine)* A pretty significant ant issue (we brought this to ReMax's attention and they provided some spray but said it was just a normal part of life at the beach)* The way the house is set up, you can't see the pool from the house. This made it harder/more inconvenient to keep an eye on the kids from the house. * Very little sound insulation

Loved the location…we were able to walk most of the time and used the car only a few times….nice to have a private bath and TV for each bedroom Only complaint was with cleaning service…..socks found under one bed, kitchen floor was not washed, crumbs found on top of bedspread in one of the bedrooms…. Would definitely stay here again!

Maybe not a winter rental

The house is beautiful and great location. We rented in February, and the house was not ready for renting. We arrived to find the heat not on, water off, and hot water turned off. Garbage and recycling full, with evidence that animals had helped themselves to the trash, and lots of toys left on the floor of the outdoor shower. Unfortunately the rental company only had a number for "extreme emergency" listed, which is not welcoming for someone that needs help on a weekend rental.

Family Vacay

9 of us had the pleasure of staying at this property last week. Location was great - close to the beach and boardwalk. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well-equipped. We didn't make much use of the pool because of the proximity to the beach. My only suggestion would be to add more clothes storage options in the bedrooms (there are no dressers, but plenty of hanging space).

Well designed interior

Wonderful house to rent for family!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Rehoboth beach! Great for a large family as there is a bathroom in every room! The pool is also Great. The house had much more than the listing said! Lots of bikes and pool toys and beach chairs! Would definitely rent again. Only thing is the cleaners could have done a better job prior to our stay.

Nice house, nice location, and easy process!

My family of 6 adults and 3 kids stayed at this house for a week in June. The house seems to have been recently renovated and all of the appliances were in great working condition. The pool in the backyard was a great feature for the young kids as well. The location is ~1 block from both the main drag and ~2 blocks from the beach, so walking distance from everything in Rehoboth. The house is also really well insulated which eliminated virtually all outside noise. Remax was very easy to deal with and I thought the property was well-priced for what we got. My only negative feedback on the house was that there was no pantry, cabinet, or shelving space for dry foods. Very minor inconvenience, but a bit of a head-scratcher.
