Could be much better, could also be much worse!

We have stayed here twice now. The first time, the carpet was so filthy that our socks were black from dirt! This time we brought our handheld vacuum and it barely helped. The hotel is in poor condition, with doorknobs coming off, dirty shower, fridge from 1980, no dining room table in the suite (but had 3 chairs where the table should be), and fuzzy tv picture. If you don’t mind all of that for a few nights, it’s not bad. The pool is well maintained and the bigger suites all have a good sized private patio. It’s about a 5 minute drive to the boardwalk.

Check in was quick. We stayed in 215. 3 Adults, 1 child. The sleeper couch was unsleepable. Mattress was bare springs. It had to be well over 25 yrs old! Unlaundered sheets and smashed bed bugs under cushions where they were eliminated but left to decompose .. What a disappointment. There was not enough space for 4 people to sleep comfortably. No smoke detector in room. Just wires on the ceiling where smoke detector was previously hooked up. Breakfast was as expected. The only reason for staying open has got to be the good location. It seems like all monies are gone to profit and nothing but the bare minimum for upkeep. I would not recommend Rodeway Inn and Suites in Rehoboth. Please do better. Wish i could attach photos.

It was ok - solid staff member checked us in and had the key ready. Quick and easy. The location is excellent- however- The facility needs love and attention- unit was hot upon arrival as the ac was completely off - not just down on an average level. The carpet is folding up in places and the bathroom is well used. Hot water from the shower was patchy hot to cold. The room smelled of smoke (but I didn’t ask for a non-smoking room so I blame myself there) the beds were ok (very firm) and the space was plenty as it had 2 full beds and a sofa bed. We were out pretty early in the am so we didn’t get to see the breakfast or interact with any other staff. The motel was what we needed- get clean and sleep before driving home after a wonderful day at Rehoboth

Because my sister has trouble climbing stairs, the person checking is in gave us a nice big suite in the ground floor with a kitchen area- large fridge, microwave, dining table and two bedrooms- which we appreciated! There was a faint antiseptic smell that I whiffed before in other places!

The location was great. Other than that. The pool was dirty & not available. Breakfast was bad. No one cleans the outside of the rooms. Inside the room it was dirty. Things ripped up and the TV has no HD.

Salle de bain a besoin de gros travaux, le bain tellement usé qu’il n’avait pas d’émail et le plafond plein de moisissure dû à un dégât d’eau. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisés, on entend le lit craquer de ceux au dessus, on les entendait marcher et le bruit de chasse d’eau.

The room was surprisingly big. The kitchenette area was spaced off from sleeping area as was the bathroom. Each room had a private outside sitting area. The staff was kind and friendly.

The location is excellent. The outside of the building is your average place. The rooms are the most disgusting things ever. The carpets should have been torn out a long time ago. There is stains all over them from years and years of abuse. The plaster and paint is cracked and flaking in the bathroom and behind the toilet there is brown smeared all over the wall not sure if it's Grease or feces. Every time you would stand in the tub to take a shower you felt like you were falling through the tub because the plastic sounds like it's cracking the entire time it is so old. This place could be really nice if someone put some money into the interior of the rooms. The only reason they're still in business is the location. They obviously aren't putting any money back into the building. The interior is falling apart. It's not just dated.... It's disgusting. I'm very familiar with staying at hotels all up and down the East Coast... So I'm not very picky. I'm used to staying in your average low budget motel. This place is just even beyond what I can handle. I was disgusted with even walking on the carpet. Such a shame

RUN!!!!!

First, I understand it's a budget hotel. However, the entire room was in disrepair. The ceiling was peeling, the carpets were not only worn, but literally torn in places. The room smelled of cigarettes (requestednon-smoking), and dirty feet. It had pincher bugs, and a mouse. The carpet had bits of trash on tbe floor and the toilet wasn't flushed when we got there. The next day, housekeeping never came. Had to go to the lobby for clean towels at 10 pm when we got back to the room, and complain about the conditions. The next day housekeeping vacuumed, left more towels, but didn't make the bed or anything else. The inside of the microwave has not been throughly cleaned, probably ever. Absolutely horrible.

Decent for budget travel, needs fresh carpet

The location was fantastic. The shower was clean and good water pressure/hot water. The breakfast was as advertised and public spaces and parking lot were clean and maintained. The bathroom was newer and clean. The mattress was comfortable .The room itself smelled very musty/smoky. The carpet was kinda gross and there was ripped wallpaper in one spot. The most concerning is that the door had clearly been broken in previously. The manual lock where you flip it over was ripped out of the wall. It was found in a drawer. Wood around the frame was recently replaced. It made me nervous staying with two kids even though the area seems safe. Overall I would recommend it for a budget traveler who's not sensitive to smells. I think if they replaced the carpet with the same vinyl planks as the bathroom I would give it another star.
