Staff is great; building/room poorly maintained with shoddy repairs; pool closes too early on weekdays. Carpet smelled and housekeeping did their best to fix the issue. Location is difficult to exit due to voluminous traffic.

Room was filthy, a lot of mold mildew on walls and ceiling. Children unsupervised, staff would not correct. Children were destructive to motel and my personal vehicle. Verbal harassment from these children.

Absolutely disgusting. This place needs to be shut down. The ceiling was chipped and cracked. The microwave was not clean. There was drug bottles left behind on the dresser. The bathroom had mold in the shower and curtains. There was a bar of used soap left in the shower. They left a quarter of toilet tissue roll and didnt put a fresh roll. Although the location is perfect, pay the money and stay some where nicer.

Toilet seat had leftover hairs when we arrived. mold above shower, no transition strip from carpet to tile in bathroom with sharp carpet tacks sticking up. Bathroom door knob was loose. At one point the exterior room door was not locking shut. Two towels for 3 people checking in, right on track twice at the pool the towel rack was empty. Continental breakfast was a joke. Empty utensils, empty milk, and empty options even going within 30min of breakfast opening. Would not recommend.

Sofa bed was filthy, they ended up getting us another mattress from another room and scrubbing the foldout part, i had to move the sofa so they would clean under it because the sheets were laying in filth. Ceiling texture was peeling down in the main area and the bathroom. Bathroom exhaust fan didnt work so there was mold growning on the walls. Shower curtain was mildewed and definitely wasnt cleaned recently. Looks like a landlord did a quick remodle job to the place if you know what i mean

Ridgeway Rehoboth

Moldy bathroom, damaged seal on microwave, trash outside rooms, rug was filthy, couch was dirty, floor in kitchen slippery, toilet didn’t flush. Very disappointed. Will not go again. Sad there is NO upkeep. Could be a nice place if someone cared about it. Seems like management takes the $ but does nothing for the hotel. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly.
