Inside this comfortable retreat, find a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an intimate breakfast bar for two. After meals or exciting days out, settle into the living area and stream your favorite shows and movies. Outdoors, cool off in the pool or fire up the gas grill and gather around the table on the patio for the perfect alfresco dining experience. This cottage also comes with central air-conditioning and a convenient washer/dryer to let you pack light and keep your laundry under control during your stay. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW This property is a back home of the main house. Homeowners do maintain the pool area and garden of the property and may from time to time be on the property The main house has curtains for guest & owner privacy. While cable is not provided, streaming TV services may be accessed using guest accounts. While the cottage is pet-friendly, no dogs may swim in or enter the pool. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool was fantastic, and the outdoor space was relaxing and very enjoyable. The location was excellent. The owners were very helpful and responsive, and the neighbors were friendly as well.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would happily return. Highly recommend!
