Located just off of Rt. 1 behind Big Fish Market and Arena's Cafe in Eagle's Landing-Captiva Sands. Short bike ride to beaches, parks, and downtown Rehoboth. Close to shops, outlets, and restaurants. Spend your days on the beach or in downtown Rehoboth, then come home to your quiet paradise and use of three community pools and tennis courts, with plenty of shaded walking areas and picturesque ponds. Short drive to Tanger Outlets, grocery stores, and shopping. Proximity to Gordon Pond Park and biking trails. This condo has a screened-in balcony, wall-to-wall Berber carpet, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Relax and kick up your feet; One assigned parking space and guest parking available. Linens provided.
