Beautiful old traditional barn bordered by dry stone walls and located on the edge of a hamlet with a clear view of the Causse de Gramat...and the sheep! In this very open landscape, you will enjoy relaxing by the private swimming pool (10m x 5m secured by a standard alarm) or in the shade of the oak trees. This old sheepfold, restored with the constant concern for conviviality, offers a bright and spacious space designed for beautiful tables with family or friends, with ample and varied volumes under exposed framework. On the ground floor, living room of 70m² with its kitchen area served by 3 steps, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 1.40m), bathroom, shower room, 2 toilets. Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms (4 beds 0.90m), mezzanine (1 extra double bed) open to the living room. Parasol, closed ground. Radiant electric heating. WiFi access in one of the bedrooms. Sheets and household linen not provided.
