Gite Le Bas des Poujades

The gîte "Le Bas des Poujades" is located in the heart of the Lot, between Sarlat and Rocamadour, a few meters from our gîte "le Haut des Poujades" (which can be rented together to accommodate larger groups)
Located on land with a view, our newly built gîte offers an ideal surface area for family holidays with children or friends, for 6 people.

The calm and not overlooked environment will allow you to recharge your batteries in the heart of a region rich in tourist sites (caves, troglodyte villages, castles, Paidrac chasm, Lacave cave, the monkey forest, the Dynoparc park etc. ..)

You can visit the beautiful villages of the Dordogne such as Sarlat la Canéda, les Eyzies, Domme, la Roque Gageac and visit the many castles there....

Rocamadour is located 20 minutes from the gîte then, Loubressac, Carennac, the Autoire waterfalls, Martel and its 7 towers, Collonges la Rouge, Turenne, Cahors, Saint Cirq Lapopie are within a one-hour radius.

The Dordogne river is less than 15 minutes from the house for swimming and canoeing.
We will be happy to tell you about pleasant swimming places with friends or family.

This new construction offers modernity, space and comfort.
Reversible air conditioning is available in each room as well as wifi.
We also provide you with a Bluetooth speaker.

The bright and pleasant main room is completely open to the terrace thanks to its pocket bay window. It has a large 3 x 4m parasol, a large outdoor table for family lunches, a beautiful kitchen equipped with completely new appliances with an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a washing machine. dishes, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster...

Two rooms are offered in our accommodation:

1 Bedroom with 160 double bed with private bathroom and a bunk bed,
1 Bedroom with 160 double bed with private bathroom, a work space and independent exterior access,
1 separate toilet with sink

all with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.

Baby equipment can be made available on request (travel cot, high chair, toilet seat, plastic bathtub, potty, bed rail, etc.)

Once booked, a deposit of 500 euros must be paid by check or transfer 7 days before entering the premises.
It will be cashed and refunded 7 days maximum after your departure by the same means of departure.

Possible options to be specified when booking:

* Bed linen/towels option can be provided and installed (25 euros/bed)...
Please note that we will charge 25 euros for the preparation of the bunk bed whether there is only one or both single beds to prepare.

* Cleaning option possible 60 euros extra
