Appartment was good, info/service could do better

The appartment is easy to find in the centre of Reims. It is located almost around the corner of the Cathedral where you can park your car in the garage (keeps car cool on warm days).The view from the appartement is spectacular. From the kitchen window you see a part of the Cathédral and from the living room a good view of the Conservatorium. Not a busy street so not much noise. With a bus stop at the front of the appartment and the tram around the corner. Shops and restaurants are very close by. The appartment itself is very spacious (two bedrooms with good beds and a sleeping couch as well) and is equipped well. Side note:- Hygiëne shower facility could use some extra attention. - Change of toilet seat is advised (not broken, but felt as such).- Advertisement must state online (first page, clearly visible) that the appartment is located on the 5th floor WITHOUT an elevator. It's a 100 flights up. - Service from the rental office could do a better job.
