Rules and Important Information for Your Stay

Dear Travelers,

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please read and respect the following points:

Communication

For any request, including emergencies, please contact us directly through the booking platform. This allows us to respond more quickly and call you if necessary.

House Rules
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited, even at the window.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Respect the Property: Please take care of the furniture and equipment provided. Any damage will be charged.
Respect for Neighbors: Please respect the quiet of the building during your stay.
Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity (drug trafficking, prostitution, etc.) is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate sanctions.
Events/Parties: Parties or other events are strictly prohibited.
Damage: All damages will be charged.

Arrival and Departure Times

Arrivals: Self-check-in is available from 4:00 PM only. Instructions are available on the traveler portal after completing the registration form.

Departures: Departures must be before 11:00 AM at the latest. No extensions are possible due to previous abuses.

Departure Procedure (Check-Out)
Before your departure, please:

Remove the sheets and collect all dirty laundry.
Wash the dishes.
Take out the trash: Place the bags in the trash room on the ground floor.
Return the keys to the same location as upon arrival.

Identification and Security Deposit

We collect an ID for each traveler before arrival.

A security deposit may be required. This is refunded within 7 days after verification of the accommodation.

You can arrive independently from 4:00 PM onwards by retrieving the keys from a key safe.

We will send you all the necessary information on the day of your arrival, early in the afternoon. For security reasons, the codes are changed regularly, which is why we send them at the last minute.
