Sanierungsbedürftig bis auf Bad. Frühstück gut.

Die Gastgeberin ist nett, das Frühstück war gut. Das Haus in dem wir wohnten ist absolut Sanierungsbedürftig. Es riecht muffig und die Sauberkeit ist mäßig. Die Wohnung als solches war sauber. Die Fenster sind eine Zumutung, da diese derart klemmen. Im Bad ist die Duschwand komplett undicht, sodass Wasser ausläuft. Die Fliesen werden dadurch in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Es war auch eine Bodenfliese komplett lose im Boden. Ein Teppich lag darüber und es knallte bei jedem Schritt. Staubsauger gab es keinen, nur einen Handfeger. Auf Nachfrage wollte man mir einen hinstellen und der hat erstmal sämtliche Sicherungen im Haus rausfliegen lassen. Also bliebs beim Handfeger. Im Vergleich zu anderen Ferienwohnungen stimmt hier das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht. Es ist zu teuer. Wie kommen leider nicht wieder.

alles tiptop

unsere FeWo war nicht im Haupthaus, sondern in einem zweiten Haus auf der anderen Straßenseite. Wegen einer Baustelle verbunden mit ein wenig Lärm, aber das ist halt höhere Gewalt. Ansonsten war das Objekt sauber, ordentlich, urig eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, die Vermieterin hatte einen großen Ordner mit Infomaterial und stand auch sonst gern zur Verfügung. So wünscht man sich das!
