Unser familienfreundlicher, gepflegter Hof liegt im ruhigen, sonnigen Ortsteil Birnbach mit herrlichem Blick ins Gebirge. Auf unserer Sonnenterrasse und einmaliger Liegewiese kommen Sonnenhungrige voll auf Ihre Kosten. Wir bieten Ihnen schöne Ferienwohnungen für zwei bis vier Personen. Gerne mit Brötchenservice. Unsere kleinen Gäste können sich auf der Spielwiese mit Schaukel und Sandkasten austoben. In unserem großzügig angelegten Garten befindet sich ein Grillplatz (Heißer Stein) den jeder Gast nutzen und den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen kann. Unser Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, z.B. auf die eigene Alm. Oder wie wäre es mit grenzenlosem Golfvergnügen? Direkt am Haus liegt nämlich der grenzüberschreitende 18-Loch-Golfplatz. Im Winter kommen Sie auf den Winterwanderwegen voll auf Ihre Kosten . Schlittenhang direkt am Haus. Fünf Minuten vom Haus entfernt liegt auch die ca. 1,5 km lange Rodelbahn mit Einkehrmöglichkeit. Auch eine gute Gastwirtschaft liegt in unmittelbarer nähe. Für Ihre Skiausrüstung ist ausreichend Platz im Skiraum incl. Schuhtrockner. Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimm-Card.
